This engineering firm hired us for design build and project management services converting a two story 3,000 square-foot law office into an office and data lab in Manassas, VA.  We managed the project starting from design, to hiring and overseeing contractors, to ordering and installing furniture and art.  Design included offices, break room, kitchen, Data labs, board conference room, and open creativity space.
