This tile manufacturing company from Spain hired us for design build and project management services converting their USA warehouse into corporate offices overlooking the warehouse in Lorton, VA.  We managed the project starting from design, to hiring and overseeing contractors, to ordering and installing furniture. Design included offices, kitchen, conference room, and executive offices.  We successfully managed the project while communicating with oversea key decision makers.
